Fight the new NPC. Add custom text for before / after duel. Pass out a pack if I win.

Right now I’m stuck debugging the NPCs before I get started on this. Right now, for some reason, if I delete the built gbc file, change some of the NPC text, rebuild the gbc file, and then run it with Sameboy I dont get the reflected changes. I’ve tried making sure I’m on the right branch and that the changes are physically in the current directory. I can’t figure it out.
